About The Position

Knightscope is a security technology company building an integrated managed service combining autonomous machines, AI-driven software, and security professionals. The company’s mission is to make the United States the safest country in the world. The Mission Intelligence Analyst serves as a human-in-the-loop for Knightscope’s security operations, working alongside autonomous hardware, software, and Knightscope Security Force (KSF) systems. The role verifies and responds to security alerts, investigates incidents, and helps maintain continuous monitoring coverage for clients. This is an onsite opportunity at the Sunnyvale headquarters, suited to someone interested in building a career in physical security operations. Prior industry experience is considered a strong plus. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pacific Time. The base salary is $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Requirements

Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
Able to communicate clearly and work well both independently and with others.
Organized, curious, and willing to learn.
Computer and internet proficiency.
Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed.
Background in customer service.
Strong desire to help build the future of security.
Attention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alerts.

Nice To Haves

Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent, continuous alert and machine monitoring to deliver security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients.
Identify and solve problems to improve the Mission Intelligence department.
Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periods.
Prepare and investigate incidents that occur during the shift.
Help maintain consistent response times and clearance rates.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to keep the fleet active.
