About The Position

Knightscope is a security technology company building an Autonomous Security Force that combines autonomous machines, AI-driven software, and security professionals in an integrated managed service. The Mission Intelligence Analyst serves as a human-in-the-loop for security operations, working with autonomous hardware, software, and Knightscope Security Force systems. The role verifies and responds to security alerts, investigates incidents, and supports continuous monitoring for clients. This is an onsite role at Knightscope's Sunnyvale, California headquarters and is suited to someone interested in developing a career in physical security operations. Prior industry experience is considered a strong plus. The available shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pacific Time.

Requirements

Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and work well independently and with others.
Organized, curious, and willing to learn.
Computer and internet proficiency.
Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed.
Customer service background.
Attention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alerts.

Nice To Haves

Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent alert and machine monitoring to deliver security and customer service for Knightscope clients.
Identify and solve problems to improve the Mission Intelligence department.
Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periods.
Prepare reports on and investigate incidents that occur during the shift.
Help maintain consistent response times and clearance rates.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to keep the fleet active.
