About The Position

Grace Community Church is seeking a bilingual leader to serve as the Lead Pastor of Grace Español and Missions Pastor for Grace Community Church in Roswell, New Mexico. This role involves providing spiritual leadership to the growing Spanish-language congregation, preaching weekly in Spanish, developing leaders, shepherding families, and casting vision for Grace Español. Additionally, the pastor will champion local outreach to the Spanish-speaking community and coordinate international mission partnerships, including 1-2 international trips per year. This is a full pastoral calling for a leader who can bridge two worlds with equal confidence and unite them around one gospel. The ideal candidate will have a shepherd's heart and builder's hands to cultivate and shape a congregation that reflects the community it serves. The role reports directly to the Senior Pastor and is a full and equal member of the pastoral team.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English.
Ability to preach and pastor in Spanish is essential.
A clear calling to pastoral ministry, demonstrated through fruit.
Strong preaching and teaching ability in both languages.
3-5 years of vocational ministry experience.
Alignment with Grace Community Church's doctrine, mission, and values.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies or Ministry is preferred.
Formal theological training through an accredited ministry certificate program will also be considered.
Experience leading or serving in a Spanish-speaking congregation.
Experience in community outreach or local missions.
Married candidates preferred; family participation in ministry is valued.
