About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for MEP-heavy data center and critical infrastructure projects in the Abilene, TX area. This is a full-time, contract role in a mission-critical construction environment, with a schedule based on project needs. The estimated compensation range is $190,000-$230,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements

Project scheduling experience in construction, MEP, mission-critical, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
Hands-on Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software experience
Strong understanding of critical path, milestones, look-aheads, recovery planning, and field progress tracking
Ability to coordinate with project management, field leadership, trades, vendors, and commissioning teams
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work in Abilene-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

MEP, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, or data center construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
Track critical path, project milestones, schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities
Coordinate timelines for MEP installation, testing, commissioning, energization, and turnover phases
Provide regular schedule updates, look-aheads, variance reporting, and recovery plans to project leadership
Align field progress with contractual milestones, procurement needs, trade sequencing, and commissioning requirements
Communicate schedule risks clearly and support practical planning conversations with project teams
