About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Manager / Construction Manager for MEP-heavy data center and critical infrastructure construction management in the Phoenix, AZ market. This is a full-time mission-critical construction role with a schedule based on project needs. The role involves managing the execution of mission-critical MEP scopes, including power, cooling, low-voltage, and controls interfaces. The Project Manager will own the schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, field execution, and milestone tracking on fast-moving builds. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, vendors, field leadership, and project stakeholders, as well as driving energization, integrated systems testing, commissioning readiness, turnover, and closeout activities. The role also requires identifying risks early, supporting change management, and ensuring documentation, safety, and quality expectations are met.

Requirements

• Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction experience
• Project management or construction management experience on complex technical builds
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination, subcontractor management, budgets, schedules, and commissioning milestones
• Ability to coordinate across field, engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, vendors, and stakeholder teams
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ market and complete any site onboarding requirements
• Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments

Responsibilities
