About The Position

As a Mission Advancement Senior, you will partner with Defense and Security clients to structure ambiguous problems, shape strategic direction, and drive execution of complex change initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including research scientists, data engineers, and intelligence analysts—to design practical, mission‑focused solutions and guide the development and adoption of innovative analytic tools and technologies. You will engage directly with senior leadership, bringing executive‑ready communication, strong facilitation, and clear storylines to influence decision‑making and alignment. In this role, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, lead high‑tempo project delivery, and navigate dynamic federal and mission‑driven environments with confidence. You will deepen expertise across project management, client service, and growth, operating proactively and independently to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance; once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum TEN (10) years of experience in operations or mission support of DoD or IC federal customers
  • Experience collaborating with research analysts, data engineers, and/or intelligence analysts supporting analytic tools and technologies
