About The Position

Seeking a Design Requirements and Analysis Engineer to be responsible for the generation and verification of system and subsystem level requirements. This role involves applying MBSE principles and generating Cameo models. The engineer will interface with customers, suppliers, and IPT leads, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Requirements definition, DOORS (or requirements management), Cameo modeling, and MSOffice suite experience are required.
Analysis prowess (MATLAB/Excel), critical thinking and familiarity with aerospace product development processes are required.
Experience with the flow of system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS and Cameo.
Cameo modeling experience.
Perform detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology.
Ability to obtain and maintain an DoD Secret clearance.
Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

Perform requirements definition of design characteristics for an objective system.
Synthesize design characteristics into system architecture.
Knowledge of and experience with missile systems.
Integration and Test.
C++, Python and MATLAB experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performing requirements analysis, executing trade studies, establishing requirements traceability/flow down, preparing specifications, and managing requirements using the DOORS requirement database.
Applying MBSE principles.
Generating Cameo models.
Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and IPT leads.
Performing detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology.
Defining system tolerances and timelines.
Conducting a thorough functional configuration audit with verification evidence provided.
