The Missile Defense Systems Analyst provides technical and operational analysis supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) systems, command and control architectures, communications networks, weapon system integration, and mission performance assessments. The analyst evaluates system behavior through detailed analysis of operational data, communications logs, telemetry records, and test event data to assess system performance and support operational decision-making. This position focuses on the analysis of uplink/downlink communications, datalink message flow, interface compliance, and end-to-end system performance within complex air and missile defense architectures. The analyst reviews system logs and message traffic, evaluates performance against technical requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs), conducts post-event assessments, and provides actionable recommendations to military and government stakeholders.
