Perform basic quality control checks, read and follow a Traveler, and utilize basic computer skills. Examine and inspect containers and products to ensure packing specifications are met. Tasks include touch-up painting, applying labels and tags, and testing motors. Employees must be able to manipulate large motors regularly, fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to direction. This role involves performing activities planned by others, managing assembly time and tasks to ensure project completion within specified timeframes, and moving motors down the lines. Willingness to learn other jobs within the department is essential. Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with policies, 5S procedures, and WEG's core values. Other duties as assigned.
