Analyze existing systems, business processes, and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Understand the structure, policies, and procedures of AMAX to recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Participate in user requirement sessions to identify process improvement opportunities and technical solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, including future-state (“to-be”) process flows. Collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Design solutions that maximize usability while minimizing unnecessary complexity and customization. Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, process documentation, and training materials. Provide ongoing system support by troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with technical teams, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders. Train and support end users on new or updated systems and business processes. Manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordination. Support internal business systems, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives. Evaluate and improve workflows related to sales, purchasing, production, project management, and operations. Drive standardization and scalability across business processes and systems. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
