About The Position
Provide Quality Oversight, Reporting and Remediation for technical solutions developed by MIS to support InCK and BAHN HH programs. Support daily file exchange with NYS DOH MAPP.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in a data quality-focused role with process quality exposure (or M.S. and 3 years of experience in a similar role)
- Solid understanding of complex relational data structures
- Solid proficiency in SQL. Ability to write complex queries against multiple large tables.
- Ability to understand complex operational workflows and the associated data flows
- Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and best practices
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good understanding of SDLC
Nice To Haves
- Master's preferred.
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with NYS Medicaid programs and policies is a big plus
