About The Position

The Ministry and Community Life Coordinator exists to help St. Michael build the spiritual and communal conditions in which students, faculty, and families can more fully encounter Christ, grow in friendship, and live the school’s mission together. This role helps ensure that ministry at St. Michael is not episodic or peripheral but integrated into the ordinary life of the school in ways that strengthen formation, deepen belonging, and support the school’s Catholic identity. By leading campus ministry strategy, supporting faculty faith formation, strengthening parent partnership, and directing the Community System, this role helps St. Michael form the person first. When this role is fruitful, faculty are better equipped as witnesses, students are more deeply known and spiritually supported, parents are drawn into genuine partnership, and the school’s communal life more clearly inspires confident and joyful young men and women to bless the world.
