About The Position

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida (USF) is actively recruiting to fill one open academic position within the division of Gynecologic Specialty Services. This board-eligible/certified, fellowship-trained, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon will join our growing, busy division. Preference will be given to a candidate with academic experience and expertise to help grow the Gyn Specialty Services division and assist with establishing a MIGS fellowship. However, new graduates are also welcome to apply and must be both comfortable and proficient in complex benign gynecology, dedicated to quality patient care, and have an interest in clinical research. The primary focus of the MIGS subspecialist will be the clinical care of endometriosis, fibroids and chronic pelvic pain patients at USF, supervision and teaching of fellows, OBGYN residents, and medical students, and conducting of clinical research. Clinical responsibilities include office-based procedures and gynecologic surgery.
