About The Position
Foreman Sales & Service is seeking a Non-CDL Mini School Bus Driver for the Dell Rapids School District in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, during the 2026–2027 school year. The driver will safely transport students to and from school on an assigned route. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, paying $21 per hour. A sign-on bonus is available. Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug/alcohol testing.
Requirements
- Possess a valid South Dakota driver’s license.
- No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- Pass a background check and drug/alcohol testing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be punctual, dependable, and reliable in attendance.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students over an assigned route.
- Operate a mini school bus safely in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Follow route descriptions, directions, and established schedules.
- Assist students according to their individual needs with getting into their seats, boarding or exiting the bus, and securing passengers using safety equipment.
- Maintain appropriate student behavior on the bus.
