About The Position
Under direction of the Director, Patient Transport, individual will transport patients and visitors to destinations throughout the hospital via the mini cab (golf cart) in a safe and timely manner. Demonstrates a commitment to consistently provide the highest quality services in a professional manner. Transport patients and visitors to desired locations in a timely and safe manner following proper departmental procedure. Contributes to the achievement of excellence following hospital and departmental guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary; ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- previous golf cart driving experience desired
