About The Position

The Mini-Bar Attendant is responsible for stocking, replenishing, and maintaining minibar inventory in guest rooms according to hotel standards. This role involves accurately recording consumed items, ensuring proper posting of charges to guest accounts, and maintaining freshness standards by removing expired or damaged products. The attendant will also be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of minibars, carts, storage rooms, and assigned areas, monitoring par levels, and communicating restocking needs. Adherence to alcohol handling laws, company policies, casino security procedures, and internal control policies is crucial. Additionally, the role requires reporting maintenance issues and providing courteous, professional guest interactions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
  • Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
  • Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
  • One (1) or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
  • Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
  • Excellent customer service skills
