About The Position

The Mini-Bar Attendant is responsible for stocking, replenishing, and maintaining mini bar inventory in guest rooms according to hotel standards. This role involves accurately recording consumed items, ensuring proper posting of charges, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of mini bar carts and storage areas. The attendant will also monitor par levels, communicate restocking needs, and adhere to all alcohol handling laws and company policies. Additionally, they will report maintenance issues, provide courteous guest service, and comply with all casino security procedures.

Requirements

Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
One (1) or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

Stock, replenish, and maintain mini bar inventory in guest rooms according to hotel standards
Accurately record consumed items and ensure proper posting of charges to guest accounts
Remove expired or damaged products and ensure freshness standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar carts, storage rooms, and assigned areas
Monitor par levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
Follow all alcohol handling laws and company policies
Report maintenance issues or room concerns to the appropriate department
Provide courteous, professional interaction with guests when encountered
Comply with all casino security procedures and internal control policies
