About The Position

Origin Mining Company operates the Mineral Park copper-molybdenum mine in Arizona and is focused on responsible, sustainable resource development. We aim to lead the U.S. copper industry through strong safety practices, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. Our team is committed to doing things the right way—acting with integrity, supporting our communities, and creating long-term value. With a hands-on, technically driven approach, we are advancing both leach and concentrator operations to produce high-quality copper and molybdenum products. The Reliability Engineer (RE) is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks affecting plant or business operations. This role provides technical expertise to ensure maximum equipment reliability at minimum life cycle cost. The RE works independently or as part of a team, troubleshooting, and identifying root causes. The RE is responsible for evaluating asset/equipment conditions using invasive and non-invasive practices/technologies to monitor equipment for early signs of deteriorating condition, allowing for early prediction and failure analysis.
