About The Position

Origin Mining Company operates the Mineral Park copper-molybdenum mine in Arizona and is focused on responsible, sustainable resource development. We aim to lead the U.S. copper industry through strong safety practices, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. Our team is committed to doing things the right way—acting with integrity, supporting our communities, and creating long-term value. With a hands-on, technically driven approach, we are advancing both leach and concentrator operations to produce high-quality copper and molybdenum products. The Mine Engineer is responsible for providing technical engineering support for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of an open pit mining operation. This role supports mine planning, production optimization, drill and blast design, geotechnical monitoring, and operational performance analysis while working closely with operations, geology, survey, and maintenance teams. The Mine Engineer will develop and maintain mine plans, monitor mining activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and resource recovery.
