• Monitor and document radio/phone traffic and key status updates in real time
• Track personnel, equipment movements, and shift activity with strong attention to detail
• Relay clear, timely messages and escalate issues quickly when conditions change
• Maintain orderly records and communication logs during a busy night-shift pace
