About The Position
As a Mine Monitor Technician at Skyline Mine, you keep a steady, accurate flow of information between underground crews and surface support throughout the shift. This role exists to help maintain safe, organized operations when activity is high and time matters.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly in stressful, fast-moving situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while multitasking
- Comfortable working independently on an onsite contract role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document radio/phone traffic and key status updates in real time
- Track personnel, equipment movements, and shift activity with strong attention to detail
- Relay clear, timely messages and escalate issues quickly when conditions change
- Maintain orderly records and communication logs during a busy night-shift pace
