Requirements

Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read measuring devices and use a variety of hand and power tools
Commitment to working safely every day
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
Welding certification
Industrial or aggregate experience
Rigging experience
Hydraulic or pneumatic systems knowledge

Responsibilities

Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and mechanical components
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
Replace worn components and complete mechanical repairs safely and efficiently
Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
Inspect equipment and identify potential mechanical issues before they become major problems
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work overtime or weekends as needed to support production
