About The Position

Millwrights are responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, must be able to apply your knowledge of equipment and processes to successfully perform tasks related to this skilled trade. Requirements

  • Must be able to cut, weld, and fabricate using trade best practices
  • Must be able to perform precision drivetrain alignments
  • Must follow all established safety policies
  • Must have good safety record and a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work any shift -- overtime, weekends, holidays as required and in all conditions
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods of time during your shift
  • Can work in a team atmosphere, get along with all team members; give and take advice and constructive criticism from other team members
  • Capable of doing required documentation legibly e.g., down time reports
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear reducers, bearings, and valves

Nice To Haves

  • Formally trained journeyman millwright strongly preferred
  • Enhancing trade skills through various offered in house educational opportunities is an expectation
  • Have a strong desire, dedication and determination to succeed
