Responsibilities

Provide sales and marketing support and coordination of programs and promotions for the Millwork business.
Monitor and track product sales, gross profit, product mix, promotional events, growth, and call planning.
Assist in developing and communicating strategic team goals that maximize profit in sales territory.
Provide information systems support, maintain current product information, price list, and bill of materials in system.
Serve as a liaison with vendors, sales representatives and customers ensuring timely and accurate data in systems.
Assist inside sales team with customer sales calls and provide quotes.
Maintain knowledge of competitor products.
Analyze new business opportunities, implement, and coordinate merchandising, updating customers on new and existing products, promotions, and services.
Provide training to customers, Boise Cascade staff, and vendors.
Develops promotions and administers co-op.
Develop, administer, and track training for millwork sales department.
Responsible for all multi-family quotes and customer and builder program pricing.
Manages home center and select window/door accounts.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
