About The Position

The Millwork Install and Service I installs various types of millwork in different applications. The role takes direction from the field supervisor and follows manufacturer instructions and warranty requirements for all installed products. The position works with other installers, tracks project time and materials, maintains and safely operates equipment, and provides quality customer service. Training and cross-training are expected as required by location management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
• Availability for overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience installing millwork products.

Responsibilities

• Follow field supervisor instructions regarding installation of millwork materials.
• Work with other installers to install millwork products as assigned and trained.
• Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.
• Track time and materials for each installation project as required.
• Maintain equipment in good order and report malfunctions to the field supervisor.
• Operate all equipment safely and responsibly.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Attend training on new building-material technology and installation methods as required by location management.
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Remain aware of the work environment to produce error-free and damage-free results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to the company's commitment to workplace safety.
