The Millroom Operator produces custom rubber compounds by operating industrial processing equipment and handling materials. The role works closely with production, technical, and quality teams to ensure materials are processed safely, accurately, and on schedule. It is suited to candidates with manufacturing experience or strong hands-on, equipment-operation, or process-driven skills. The position requires safety-conscious, quality-conscious, and goal-oriented work. Duties involve operating large industrial equipment and physically active tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 51 pounds. Some work areas require respirator use; employees assigned to those areas must maintain the facial seal needed for respirator effectiveness, and clean-shaven standards may apply. The role requires access to ITAR and/or EAR controlled technical data, technology, or source code, so individuals must be authorized to access such information. This is a weekend shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with Monday through Thursday off. The schedule is compensated for 40 full-time hours.
