Job Summary: Mill/mine employees must be able to proficiently perform a variety of tasks that may include operating crushing and screening machinery, operating vehicles and heavy equipment, and cleaning/shovelling salt. Employees may be assigned to positions on surface (in the mill) or underground (in the mine). Employees will be expected to work on all three shifts (days/afternoons/midnights) and work overtime as required. Please note that candidates will be required to complete a background check and medical/audio exam upon offer acceptance. Windsor Salt is a unionized facility (Unifor Local 1959); successful candidates will be required to join the union upon commencement of employment.
