About The Position

REAL ALLOY is a third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy producer that converts aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal. The Mill Equipment Operator operates material-handling equipment, learns mill controls and operations, monitors process machinery, and handles materials stored in boxes and roll-off boxes. The role requires dependable attendance, teamwork, flexibility to work different jobs and shifts as needed, and overtime as required. Occasional moderately heavy lifting is required. Pay is $24.19 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour shift bonus for second and third shifts. A retention bonus of $300 at 90 days and $1,000 at nine months is offered. Responsibilities

Operate a forklift, payloader, and lot truck.
Learn mill controls and mill operations.
Monitor mill process machinery for unexpected problems.
Understand the controls and operation of the baghouse.
Switch out and weigh material stored in boxes and roll-off boxes.
Work overtime as required and remain flexible to work different jobs and shifts as needed.
