About The Position
Join the U.S. Army Reserve as a Military Police Officer (31B) and serve part-time in the Williamsburg area. This role offers opportunities for education benefits and experience in the Criminal Justice field. Military police are responsible for protecting lives and property on Army installations by enforcing military laws and regulations. Their duties include controlling traffic, preventing crime, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
- Must take the ASVAB test and achieve qualifying scores
- Must be between 17 and 34 years old
- Must be able to meet height/weight requirements
- No tattoos on hands, face, or above the neck (ring tattoos are acceptable)
- No history of a felony level offense or DUI
- No major medical procedures that would prohibit service

Responsibilities
- Conduct law enforcement patrols
- Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects in investigations
- Provide crime scene security and processing
