A Day in the Life: As a National Account Execution Manager, you’ll be on the front lines driving execution across assigned customers, Field Operations teams, business units, and bottlers/distributors, with a strong focus on military base environments. You’ll own the rollout of corporately mandated programs, ensuring they hit hard and execute flawlessly on-base. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with partners in the field, you’ll develop and activate winning strategies that elevate visibility, strengthen presence, and accelerate sales where precision, discipline, and execution matter most. The Impact You'll Make: Achieve desired sales goals by collaborating and maintaining consistent business routines with assigned accounts, our internal team, the bottling network, and other key stake holders Achieve, exceed all key sales measures and target for assigned account (case volume, revenue and trade spend) Lead all aspects of the join business planning (JBP) process with the assigned customers Negoitate all price package plans, sales program, customer contracts, and strategic initiatives designed to support mutual growth for the company and sales programs, customer contracts, and strategic initiative designed to support mutual growth for the company and assigned customers Support plans designed to develop organic growth, innovation to drive sales and share growth, distributing in both cold and warm plan-o-grams, customer marketing to support business plans and manage budgets to maximize revenue Collaborate with bottling partners to execute plans involving distribution, program execution, void closure, new items, pricing, in stock improvement, and other key initiatives. Maintain focus on assigned accounts to proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service, business performance, quickly and effectively respond to business challenges with sound sales solutions, and partner with other functions department to meet the customers' needs. Develop and maintain good business relations with assigned accounts Develop an understanding in all aspect of the customer and bottlers business Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage the team through business challenges, develop and sell in profitable and strategic business plans that align with corporate and brand plans as assigned Understand and anticipate ow business plans and actions will impact both the company and the customer financially, and proactively monitor progress versus plan Take immediate action to proactively resolve business and customer related issues by identifying and recommending solutions and improvements Demonstrate a passion for understanding best practices, trends, and technologies affecting business, industry, and marketplace Manage all account communication on promotional and executional opportunities, both internally and externally, in a timely manner Track, review, and measure all relevant data to assess assigned retailer and business to convert insights data into sales solutions that deliver results Build and maintain annual volume and revenue plans designed to support mutual growth while working assigned budgets

Requirements

  • Between 3-5 years of experience in beverage as a retail broker and distributor
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in sales environment
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency in written and oral communication.
  • Must be able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, generally 70% of time traveling.
  • Able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field of study
  • PowerBI reporting desired.
  • Experience with Nielsen/IRI

Responsibilities
