About The Position

Apogee Engineering has a great opportunity for a Milestone Tracking & Operational Continuity Analyst that provides analytical support to track modernization milestones, monitor operational workflows, and identify potential bottlenecks under the oversight of senior personnel. Supports development of operational status reporting for leadership. Contingent Upon Contract Award

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Management, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related field; OR- four (4) years of work experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
• Experience (which may include internships) in data analysis, project coordination, or operations support.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools to support status tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to project management practices or tools (e.g., schedules, action trackers).
• Experience supporting reporting or analysis in a DoD or IC environment.
• Interest in process improvement and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking modernization milestones, tasks, and activities.
• Help collect and organize data on task progress, schedule performance, and identified issues.
• Support analysis of workflows to identify emerging bottlenecks or risks to operational continuity.
• Contribute to the monthly Directorate Operational Status Report with data, charts, and narrative inputs.
• Coordinate with more senior analysts, program managers, and technical leads to validate status information.
