This role will be key in supporting the Military, Federal, State, and Local sales channels by managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred with 4-7 years of experience or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the firearms, tactical, outdoor, or law enforcement industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of law enforcement procurement processes and agency operations
  • Experience working with distributors and dealer networks
  • ERP or other business systems experience.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines and pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. 
  • Strong computer software and Excel experience

Nice To Haves

  • Armorer Certifications not necessary but are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Company Values.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit formal quotations to Federal, State, or Local agencies
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, procurement personnel, armorers, trainers, distributors, and key decision-makers for the purpose of closing new opportunities.
  • Responsible for the timely entry and management of customer quotations, requests for proposals (RFPs), order confirmations, and other administrative duties as required to support sales operations and customer service initiatives.
  • Maintain and update all new opportunities including probability into CRM system
  • Proactively call and build pipeline for field sales team throughout the US
  • Attend MILE events and trade shows as needed throughout the country
  • Respond to all phone calls and customer emails in a timely manner
  • Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the company’s efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
  • Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment
  • Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.
