About The Position
Delta Workforce is hiring MIG & TIG Welders in Manistee for a full-time relocation opportunity. The role involves performing MIG, TIG, and Plasma TIG welding on various metals, fitting and assembling components according to blueprints, and maintaining high-quality welds. Candidates will operate fabrication tools and interpret technical drawings. The position offers competitive pay, BCBS medical insurance, a matching 401(k), and opportunities for overtime.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional welding / fitting experience preferred
- Willing to relocate full-time to Manistee, MI
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Plasma TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Fit and assemble components accurately per blueprints and engineering specifications
- Maintain high-quality welds with strong structural integrity
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
