About The Position

We, at Leggett & Platt Moiron Division are searching for a TIG/MIG Welder at our Sparta, MI branch to help support our Work Furniture business. This role involves welding metal parts primarily with TIG/MIG welding equipment as specified by layout, welding diagram, or work order. Production welding requires repetitive welding of the same part. The company utilizes innovative metal tube and wire processes with machines like lasers, benders, robotic welders, drill presses, punch presses, sanding, and welding. There may be opportunities to operate other processes.

Requirements

• Past experience or education with TIG/MIG welding.
• TIG/MIG Test will be given to final applicants.
• Passion for the art of welding.

Nice To Haves

• Actual experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication facility where you experienced production TIG/MIG welding.
