About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our growing manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. If you have experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply!

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MIG welding preferred; TIG and stick welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal materials and components.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with fabrication and other production duties as needed.
