About The Position

STS is hiring experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders for positions in the Tulsa area. These are full-time positions with consistent hours on first or second shift. Pay is $23.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience and weld-test quality. Overtime is available, and the work is described as steady and long-term. STS also offers qualified candidates resume assistance, interview preparation, and hands-on skill refreshers in its shop. A background check is required; people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Pass a Leak Test or 3G MIG/Flux Test, depending on the opening: a 3G MIG/Flux test for vessel positions and a Leak Test for tank positions.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable transportation.
• Steel toe boots.
• Background check required.
