About The Position
The Master's Lawn & Pest is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Team Member in St. Augustine, FL. For over 20 years, we have been building the best lawn maintenance team in North Florida by treating our staff like family. We don't just cut grass - we build careers, offer year-round consistent pay, and work with clean, top-of-the-line equipment. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $17.50 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working 8-10 hours outdoors in Florida weather.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to get to our shop before 7:00 AM departure.
- Experience: Prior experience in lawn care (mowers, trimmers/weed eaters, and blowers) is required.
Responsibilities
- Operating commercial lawn care equipment.
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and detailed maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Working efficiently with the Team Leader to maintain high-quality standards.
- Keeping company equipment and trucks clean, organized, and ready to work.
