About The Position

Provide customers with custom solutions using corrosion inhibitors, biocides, water treatments, cleaners, paraffin control, H₂S scavengers, and other specialty chemistries applicable to midstream operations. Work in the field monitoring and maintaining customer programs. Assist in maintaining existing business while cultivating new opportunities and relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and manage GIS files and mapping programs.
• Ability to meet commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit feedback to improve service.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, honesty, and credibility; willingness to provide assistance, follow instructions, take responsibility, and do the best job possible.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging.
• Ability to tip and move 55-gallon drums weighing up to 600 pounds using a drum dolly.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in science.
• Prior upstream, midstream, or downstream oilfield experience.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand midstream product lines, chemical applications, equipment, and their effects on chemical programs.
• Provide customers with sound technical advice and product recommendations based on operational requirements.
• Routinely collect oilfield samples and analyze data to present to customers.
• Build and sustain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues, maintaining communication, and keeping customers informed of performance.
• Always maintain the highest level of safety.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
