About The Position

ASRC Federal Highland Technology Solutions is seeking a Middleware Engineer to install and troubleshoot applications and services in Windows, Linux, and OpenShift environments. The role also involves configuring and troubleshooting database connectivity and using automation tools for deployments and operational tasks. A background in Oracle and SQL Server databases is preferred. The successful candidate will learn new technologies quickly, collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization, and work independently while supporting team objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows applications, services, and web services.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting OpenShift APIs and services.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting database connectivity (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Background in Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities
