Middle School Softball Coach
About The Position
The Middle School Softball Coach at Patagonia Schools is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and organization to facilitate the sports program. The coach will prepare the team for success while emphasizing sportsmanship and the lessons learned through sport over winning at all costs. Ensuring the health, safety, and academic success of students at all times is a primary concern. The role requires a willingness to build an off-season program, be prepared for practices and games, prepare athletes for game success, teach proper sports techniques, and supervise locker rooms and players during practices, games, and away events.
