About The Position
The Middle School Softball Coach will be responsible for leading the softball program at Berg Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. This coaching position requires a valid coaching endorsement or authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
Requirements
- Valid coaching endorsement or coaching authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
- Copy of Iowa BOEE Coaching Certificate.
- Copy of Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Certificate.
- Copy of Coaching Transcripts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the middle school softball program.
- Ensure athletes adhere to school and district policies.
- Develop and implement training and game strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
