About The Position
Instructs students in the appropriate district curriculum and creates a positive, effective learning environment that supports students’ academic, social, physical, and emotional growth. The position is at Randy Smith Middle School and starts in February 2027. The contract length is a minimum of 184 days. Salary is determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement. The position is covered by the Fairbanks Education Association (FEA) bargaining unit and includes State of Alaska TRS retirement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must possess or be eligible for a valid Alaska Initial, Professional, or Master certificate with an endorsement in a science-related field.
- Meet all state and federal requirements to be qualified in the required content area.
