About The Position
The Bridgeport School District is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking leader for the position of Middle School Principal (Grades 5–8) for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic educational leader with strong instructional expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a creative vision for empowering student voice and ownership. The principal will be responsible for strengthening and elevating the school's positive, student-centered culture.
