About The Position
Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a Middle School Paraprofessional at Empowerment’s Middle School Campus. You will be serving as a one-on-one aide for a Middle School student. This is for the 2026-2027 School Year and beyond! This is a full-time position (not hourly) with a salary, benefits, and paid time off. It is a 10 month contract.
Requirements
- Completed 2 years of college
- Possess an Associate’s or higher degree
- Good communications skills
- Basic administrative skills
- Team player
- Maturity
- Strong work ethic
- Whatever-it-takes to help children attitude
Nice To Haves
- Possessing a BA
- Possessing 60 college credits and working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
- Some teaching experience
- Having a Sub Cert
