About The Position
CUSD 303 is seeking a full-time, 10-month middle school Multilingual Teacher for the 26-27 SY at Thompson Middle School.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement or English as a New Language (ENL) endorsement
- Knowledge of and expertise with various models of quality instruction for multilingual learners
- Experience in research-based instructional practices and student-centered learning
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to support students within ELL programs
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with families of targeted students to develop the partnership between home and school
