Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education, or a related field.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based mathematics instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, student engagement, and personal growth.
- Use formative and summative assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction.
- Provide timely feedback and intervention to ensure students master learning objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to support students with a variety of learning needs.
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with teachers, intervention staff, and school leadership to support student success.
- Implement approved curriculum and instructional best practices.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and required documentation.
- Support student character development by modeling professionalism, integrity, and respect.
- Participate in school events, professional learning opportunities, and collaborative team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
