Requirements

  • Passion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic success
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
  • Adaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculum
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing team

Responsibilities

  • Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction
  • Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement
  • Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs
  • Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results
  • Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success
  • Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning

  • Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round (DOE)
