The Primary Purpose of this role is to direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations, and to oversee assigned student activities and services. This position requires a Master’s degree, a Texas principal certificate, and experience as a Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser. The role involves knowledge of campus operations, curriculum, and instruction, with the ability to evaluate teaching effectiveness, manage budgets and personnel, implement policies, interpret data, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years of experience as a classroom teacher is required.
