About The Position

Otsego Public Schools is hiring a Middle School Assistant Boys Track Coach for the spring season, March 22, 2027, through May 21, 2027. The assistant coach supports the head coach with practices, track events, team training and selection, event logistics, and competition schedules. Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions.
• Assist with coordinating track events and activities.
• Coach and train team members on techniques.
• Assist with selecting team members.
• Evaluate team members’ skills.
• Coordinate logistics for events.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws or regulations.
• Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products.
• Develop and arrange competition schedules and programs.
