About The Position

Seeking dynamic and driven Middle Market Commercial Lines Producers to join a growing team. Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proven sales experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
• Sophistication and professionalism to engage with high-level executives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully remote within the Tri-State area, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings and team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction sales, finance, or capital markets is a plus.
• Willingness to learn the insurance side of the business if coming from a construction background.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and secure appointments with prospective clients.
• Focus on middle-market construction accounts, managing accounts with revenue ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clientele and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings and participate in local travel as needed to support business development efforts.
